What Employee's Should Be And How Should Be Treated

The employees cause to do his or her job is through the motivation. A lack of motivation is a true killer, as anyone certainly knows. Show me the money or not as popularized by the movie Jerry Maguire has become a commonly used term in society. Money is a factor that can never be ignored; it is a need that we must all have filled.

Many companies use money as incentive for motivation. Cash is a motivator that will always be popular, and money is always a good choice to use for employee motivation because who doesn’t like money? But money should not be the only tool used from the toolbox of motivation. Many employees who claim money are the only thing that will drive their motivation higher do so because there is a lack of any other form of compensation. Employee contribution is something that can increase employee motivation.

Recognition is another form of motivation. If all an employee do the things wrong, the opposite effect of motivation will occur. If an employee feels he or she has the respect of his of her peers and colleagues, this is another motivation booster. To increase an employee’s motivation might as well allow the employee to contribute, recognition from an employer a must, retaining respect of peers and colleagues, keeping employee informed, stay flexible, constant check-in with higher-ups, make sure an employee has sufficient resources, create a fun and make sure you communicate. Keeping these methods of compensation in mind is what it takes to understand what it is that drives your employee on how to do a better performance.

What Is Your Purpose

Every little thing in this world has a reason, a reason to breath, a reason to reason to enjoy life in the fullest and a reason to live. Even plants and animals created for a reason, as we notice we were born we born with different uniqueness some rich others were poor and some are healthy others were sick. But in that situation we learn to appreciate the meaning of life and that is purpose.

My purpose in life is to enjoy life, live life to the fullest in to become a good person created by God. For me, it is very easy to say our purposes in life, but the question is can we do our purposes in Gods will? Just as like the saying goes “it’s easy for us to say but it’s hard for us to do. I guess through simple things we can make our purposes little by little. One of my purposes is to live and enjoy things that I have in life with my family, and other people, relatives and friends. My second purpose is to help other people by means of sharing, giving and helping other to attain the dreams of other people. And lastly to love, and to serve God and to thank God for all the blessing that he had given me ‘coz without God we have nothing. I guess its time for us to bring him back all the blessings that we have received from him because honestly we don’t owned the things we have right now.

In this life we have right now, I guess its enough for us to share our blessings and not to keep it alone with our self. I guess at this point in life we can achieve and realize the real meaning of life and what our purposes are. By this I guess our purposes will tell what kind of person we are and how we as human give and show our responses to God.
